With the SIL series, CCL-Olympic breaks with its acrylic-chemistry by offering a brand-new line of silicone based thermal interface materials. These materials combine the characteristic softness of silicone with excellent thermal stability up to 180 °C, properties that have set industry benchmarks for decades. CCL Olympic SIL0400TW series is an ultra-soft, silicone-based gap-pad material with a thermal conductivity of 2.0 W/m·K.
This product is supplied in the form of 700 x 500 mm pads. Sheets will be packed and shipped in refundable crates, for more information contact us.
